Slip opportunities will be offered by vessel length, with availability determined by the marina’s final slip plan and reservation process.

How Does Ownership Work?

Ownership will be governed by the Marina Membership Purchase Agreement and Slip License Agreement to be provided to prospective purchasers.

What Vessel Sizes Will the Marina Accommodate?

The planned 154 slips will accommodate vessels from 50′ to 120’+.

Can Slips Be Transferred?

Yes, subject to the governing marina documents.

Can Slips Be Rented?

Yes, rental or sublease opportunities will be subject to marina rules and regulations.

Is Insurance Required?

Yes. Owners will be required to maintain appropriate vessel insurance.

What Future Marina Expansion Will Occur?

Future plans include dry storage, expanded marine services and additional marina support facilities.

What Dredging Is Planned for the Marina Basin?

The dredging permit will significantly improve draft concerns and allow vessels with a draft of 9 ft. to safely navigate the entrance and yacht basin at low tide.

How Does the Reservation Process Work?

Reservation package, deposit structure and final ownership documents will be provided upon request.

What Is the Seabed Lease Structure?

Like many premier marinas throughout The Bahamas, Treasure Cay Marina operates under a long-term Seabed Lease with the Government of The Bahamas. The current lease provides an initial 25-year term with one additional 25-year renewal.

The Seabed Lease is held by the marina owner and does not create any additional obligations for Marina Members.
