Like many premier marinas throughout The Bahamas, Treasure Cay Marina operates under a long-term Seabed Lease with the Government of The Bahamas. The current lease provides an initial 25-year term with one additional 25-year renewal.
The Seabed Lease is held by the marina owner and does not create any additional obligations for Marina Members.
